The foregoing Limitation of Liability shall apply in any action, whether in contract, tort or any other claim, even if an authorized representative of Zaveriusa.com has been advised of or should have knowledge of the possibility of such damages. Product Depiction of colors/display:

zaveriusa.com Web site attempts to display product images shown on the site as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that the color you see matches the product color, as the display of the color depends, in part, upon the monitor you are using. Most of our items are hand-made and contain natural stones. That being the case, certain items may contain inaccuracies or imperfections. We request the customer to view the image closely before making the purchase. Exchanges/Returns based on product imperfections (such as stone color, symmetry, etc.) will NOT be honored.

 

Product sizes:

zaveriusa.com Web site attempts to show all the details of our jewelry during which the accuracy of the size might not be visible through the picture. We attempt to put all the sizes of chains and necklaces for your information. However, in any case they are not displayed on our website we request the customer to call us at (732)-404-1885 to obtain this information before purchase.

Prices and availability of products and services are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected where discovered, and zaveriusa.com reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, zaveriusa.com will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. Individual bank policies will dictate when this amount is credited to your account. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in accordance with zaveriusa.com’s Return Policy.

Zaveri Jewelers Inc allows one coupon code per customer per transaction. No stackable coupons one-time use only cannot be combined with any other offers or Promotions or coupon codes. Valid only when 50% or less discount is applied on retail tag price on diamond jewelry not valid on negotiated deals & previous purchases. Not valid on gold coins, Special offer, “Deal of the day & Hot deals items For web customers use only”.

In case of typographical or system errors, zaveriusa.com reserves the right to cancel the orders. We can terminate promotions, special discounts & coupon codes any time that we offer.

Order Limitations/Quantity:

We reserve the right to reject any order you place with us, and/or to limit quantities on any order, without giving any reason. If we reject your order, we will generally attempt to notify you using the e-mail address or phone number you gave us when you placed the order.

Zaveriusa.Com may, at its own discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. Zaveriusa.Com also reserves the right to reject any order you place with us. These restrictions may include orders placed by the same zaveriusa.com Web site account, the same credit card, and orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event we make a change to an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address provided at the time the order was made. zaveriusa.com reserves the right to limit or prohibit sales to dealers.

 

Pricing Policy:

Online prices and selection generally lower than those in our showrooms. These prices only apply to our online store and would not be offered in store. Prices and offers are subject to change. All online sales are applicable to online products only, and will not be applicable for in-store purchases.

Paying For your Items:

You may pay for your orders with major credit cards issued in the United States of America. Currently, we accept Paypal.

Validating Your Order:

After you place an order using our shopping cart, we will check the information you give us for validity, by verifying your method of payment or shipping address. We reserve the right to reject any order you place with us without giving any reason. If we reject your order, we will attempt to notify you using the e-mail address or phone number you have given us with the order.

Your credit or debit card will normally not be charged if we reject an order, but we will process a refund if the charge has been made against your card.

Order Acceptance & Confirmation:

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. The zaveriusa.com Web site reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.

Termination of use:

zaveriusa.com may, in its sole discretion, terminate your account or your use of the zaveriusa.com Web site at anytime. You are personally liable for any orders that you place or charges that you incur prior to termination. zaveriusa.com reserves the right to change, suspend, or discontinue all or any aspects of the zaveriusa.com Web site at any time without prior notice.

Orders exceeding $500:

Zaveriusa.com might require customers to fill out a credit authorization form if the order placed exceeds the amount of $500. This procedure is for the security of both our customer’s safety and ours. If in the case that a customer has not filled out the preceding form, zaveriusa.com has the right to withhold the order till its completion.

 

Cancellation/Return & Exchange policies:

 

You may return merchandise purchased at zaveriusa.com if it meets the guidelines below.

Important: If you have any reason, you must return a portion or all of your orders, please notify Zaveri&Co. Jewelers Inc. to receive a Claim id number. Claim id numbers are valid for 15 days from the day they were issued. ALL SALES FROM OUR HOT DEALS OR DEAL OF THE DAY CATEGORIES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE OR EXCHANGEABLE.

ZAVERI EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY

Zaveri jewelers, Inc. provides a 10-day, no-questions-asked, exchange on all products and services purchased of equal or higher value items, except special order items.

If you wish to return an item, you can do so within 10 days of purchase, You will be charged a 15% restocking fee. The original shipping charges and insurance fee will also be deducted from the amount of your credit .

Any calls or Return requests AFTER 10 days of receiving the jewelry will NOT be honored. NO EXCEPTIONS!

If you wish to cancel or if you changed your mind about a Special order item, you will be charged a 25-50% restocking fee.

In case of a return, a credit will only be issued after we receive the merchandise in question. You have to ship the item along with shipping insurance. Zaveri Jewelers will not compensate for this shipment.

If you are not satisfied or have changed your mind about your purchase please notify us by e-mail (info@zaveriusa.com) or phone (732-986-8986) and we will immediately issue a Return Material Authorization Number. All items listed as “Sale/Deal Of the Day” will not be accepted if returned, and no credit will be issued. Actual shipping charges paid by Zaveri&Co. Jewelers, Inc. will be deducted from the purchase price, unless the return is due to our error. Our Low Prices do not allow further services here. Jewelry listed in these categories may be little inexact in finish, shape, color etc. than described/displayed. In case of an exchange of products, it is valid one time only.

The following terms must be met by you. Return the merchandise to us within 10 days of your original receipt of the order:

The products must be returned in new, resalable condition.

You must include all packaging materials.

You must pay any return shipping expense.

Display the Item Code # prominently on the outside of the box to avoid delays to your refund.

Upon receipt of the returned merchandise in good order in accordance with the above and within 10 days of original delivery, we will issue a store credit. Alternatively you may choose to get store credit for the returned item for purchase of another item at a later date.

Guarantees:

All our goods are made in 22 Karat (except most of our diamond  jewelry which is made in 18 or 14 karat gold). Our gold is International Export quality 916 KDM 22 Karat gold. Most of our products are embedded with a 22kt seal on them. Our quality and purity of gold is guaranteed. We send proof of gold testing certificates to all our customers.

 

We are so confident about the quality of our 22 karat gold ornaments that we will Trade-in any product sold by us ANYTIME at 91.6% of the net gold weight and pay you the current gold price on the day you sell the item back to us in exchange (Trade-In) of purchase of any other item(s) of equal or higher value.

 

We send a purity test certificate with all our goods.We stand behind each and every item we sell.

 

All our diamonds products come in various specifications. A majority of our products are VVS quality and have E/F or G/H color. The diamond color and quality is specified in the products description for each product. ALL our diamonds are guaranteed and come with certification.  Most (but not all) diamond products come with an IGI (International Gemological Institute) or GIA (Gemological Institute of America) Certificate.

 

Warranties And Repairs:

In most cases, we will be able to repair any jewelry bought from us, unless it is damaged beyond repair i.e. crushed or bent or if a complete part of the jewelry is missing. Please note that there may be a nominal charge for repairs if the product needs additional gold or has missing pieces/stones in it, plus the return shipping charges, in case you ship it to us for repairs, most repairs can be done in 7 – 10 days.

 

Before you ship the product back to us for repairs, please take a picture of the product and send it to us by email describing the problem, so that we can determine if its possible to repair it as well as inform you if there will be any additional cost for repairs as well as inform you on the return shipping costs.

 

You will need to pay for the shipping charges for sending it to us as well as for return shipping charges.

 

If you decide to ship it to us for repairs, We recommend you to insure the package for its value for your own protection so that you will be covered by your insurance in case the package is lost, stolen, damaged, misplaced or misdelivered. Please include a copy of your receipt or your order number, your name, return shipping address and your contact phone number, so that we will be able to contact you, if required.

 

Defective Products:

Before we ship your order to you, we carefully inspect to ensure that the product(s) received by you is/are not defective. We package them securely so that the chances of them getting damaged in transit to you are minimum.

 

However, in the rare case that you do receive a defective product, we ask that you contact us right away or the next business day if you received the product over the weekend. We will take steps on a case by case basis depending on what the problem is and ensure that you are totally satisfied. If we are unable to get the problem fixed, we will then ask you to mail the product back to us, you will have to pay for the return shipping BUT we will refund this amount back to you once we receive the product back and determine that it was in fact defective. At this time, we will either fix the defective product and ship it back to you at the earliest possible or if it’s not possible to get the product fixed, we will at our own discretion get a new piece of the exact same design and specifications made and sent to you. In case either of these things is not possible for us, we will issue a full refund back to you.

 

If there is no defect in the product received by us, we will not pay for the return shipping costs, we will charge you to reship the product back to you or process your order as a return or exchange based on our return/exchange policies

 

Diamond/Stone Warranty:

Any gold and diamond jewelry purchase from us will be cleaned and polished free of charge as long as the ownership of the jewelry belongs to the original purchaser [Remember to keep your receipts for verification please]. Zaveri’s Diamonds must be brought to our showroom for a professional cleaning and inspection, Once every quarter, At this time, your Diamond Bond will be validated by Zaveri&Co. Jewelers Manager/Sales Professional.If at any time your Zaveri’s Diamond is lost from its original mounting return the mounting, along with this diamond bond to our showroom for free replacement (up to 10ct). The coverage of this warranty extends only to your Zaveri’s Diamond in its original setting. We will not cover the jewelry, If found to be tampered or damaged due to DIY or unprofessional fixes. This warranty does not cover loss or damage that is incurred in anything other than normal wear and tear* Your personal insurance company should be responsible for replacement of any diamonds of 0.10ct and up.

 

Taking care of your jewelery:

Special care should be given to all gemstone jewelry. Avoid heat, strong cleaning solutions, ultra-sonic cleaning and rough treatment. Do not expose your Jewelry to Perfumes / Hair Sprays /Cologne. Do not let your Diamonds and gems cum contact with chlorine or bleach because it can pit or discolor the mounting . Do not wear your diamonds and gems when you are playing sports, doing rough work, or the dishes. Although durable, a hard blow along their grain can chip diamonds and gemstone stones pieces together in a drawer or jewelry case as they can scratch each other and also scratch other jewelry. Sometimes the corrosion of the metal may occur, forming very dark chemical compounds under moist or wet condition.

Shipping is free on items over $99

Shipping Carrier: In USA, most orders are sent completely insured by USPS Priority mail. At our discretion we may ship your order by UPS or by USPS Express mail. We will email you the tracking number once your order has been shipped. The delivery of all goods is guaranteed. All items are shipped completely insured from New Jersey. You will not be responsible for lost, stolen, misdelivered or misplaced items. We have been shipping goods all over USA for the past 20 years now.

 

Shipping Time for In Stock Items: Please see the product details for each product. The shipping time varies for each product even if it is In Stock. The product details provides the approximate estimated number of days it will take for us to ship the item to you from New Jersey. This is NOT the number of days in which this item will be delivered to you. If you need your order to be delivered to you by a specific date please call us BEFORE you place the order and check with us if it is possible or not. Usually it can take anywhere between 2-7 business days for us to ship an In Stock item to you from New Jersey.

 

Shipping Time for Special Order – Made to Order Items: Please see the product details for each product. The shipping time varies for each product. A Special Order – Made to order product is a product that is not currently ready in stock, it will only be made for you once you place the order. The product details provide the approximate estimated number of days it will take for us to ship the item to you from New Jersey. This is NOT the number of days in which this item will be delivered to you. If you need your order to be delivered to you by a specific date please call us BEFORE you place the order and check with us if it is possible or not. Broadly speaking, it can take anywhere between 7 – 30 business days for us to ship a Special Order – Made to order item to you from New Jersey. Please see the shipping time listed in the product details page to get a better estimate of the shipping time for that item.

 

Order Status and Tracking Orders: After your order ships, you’ll receive a notification email with a tracking number and link, so you can check on your shipping status and know when to expect your order. If you signed up for SMS text alerts then we will also text you the tracking number to your cell phone once we ship the item to you from New Jersey. International Shipping:  At this time we ship and deliver only in USA.

 

Delayed or Lost Orders: If your order has not been delivered to you by the expected delivery date, do call and/or email us and inform us so that we can do everything possible to expedite the process and get it delivered to you at the earliest possible. A parcel is considered lost after it has been in the postal system for a period of 15 business days for US orders. We cannot take responsibility for delays caused by the courier or due to external conditions such as weather. Although orders normally get delivered in 2-3 days, we are unable to file a claim until this period of time has elapsed.

 

Wrong or Incomplete Address: If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you must pay all delivery cost to re-deliver your order to a corrected address. We are not responsible for the loss of your order if the address provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect.
