This limitation of liability applies to all content, merchandise, and services available through Zaveriusa.com, regardless of the action type, even if an authorized representative has been advised of potential damages. 

Product Depiction and Color Variation:

Zaveriusa.com strives to display product images accurately, but due to monitor differences, we cannot guarantee that the color you see matches the product color. Our items are handmade and contain natural stones, so inaccuracies or imperfections may occur. Customers are advised to carefully review product images before making a purchase, as exchanges or returns due to discrepancies between screen representations and actual products will not be accommodated.

Product Sizes:

We strive to depict all jewelry details accurately in our photographs, though size may only be discernible in some instances. Whenever feasible, we include chain and necklace dimensions in our listings. Customers are encouraged to reach out before making a purchase if size information is not provided.

Site Loading Issues:

Loading issues on the site may arise. Errors, if cached, will be rectified, and Zaveriusa.com retains the right to withdraw any offer and rectify errors and inaccuracies, even after an order has been placed. The application of credits will be subject to bank policies. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, returns can be made in accordance with Zaveriusa.com’s Return Policy. In the event of an order cancellation after your credit card has been charged, your account will be credited accordingly.

Coupon or Promo Codes:

Customers are limited to using one coupon or promo code per transaction. Coupons cannot be combined with other offers, promotions, or codes, and are applicable only to items with a retail tag price discounted by 50% or less for diamond jewelry. They are not valid on negotiated deals, previous purchases, gold coins, or special offers. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to typographical or system errors, and to terminate promotions, discounts, and coupon codes at any time.

Order Limitations and Quantity:

We reserve the right to decline any order or restrict quantities without providing a reason. Notifications regarding changes to orders will be attempted through the email or phone number provided. Zaveriusa.com may limit or cancel quantities per individual, household, or order, including those placed using the same account, credit card, billing, or shipping address. Sales to dealers may be restricted or prohibited.

Payment Policy:

Online orders can be paid using major credit cards, debit cards, Zelle, and PayPal. For in-store jewelry pickups, customers can pay with cash.

Order Validation:

Upon placing an order, we will verify your order details, including payment and shipping address. Orders may be declined without explanation, and we will attempt to notify you via email or phone. If an order is declined, no charges will be applied, and refunds will be processed if payment has already been collected.

Orders Exceeding $500:

For security reasons, Zaveriusa.com may require completion of a credit authorization form for orders exceeding $500. Orders may be held until the form is completed.

Cancellation/Return & Exchange Policies:

You may return merchandise purchased at Zaveriusa.com under the following guidelines:

• Notification is required to receive a Claim ID number within 15 days of purchase.
• Final sale categories are non-refundable.
• Returns within ten days are subject to a 15% restocking fee, with shipping and insurance charges deducted.
• Requests for returns after ten days will not be honored.
• Cancellations of special orders may incur a restocking fee of 25-50%.
• Returns must include shipping insurance at the customer’s expense.

Repairs and Warranties:

• 22 Karat gold (with 18 or 14 Karat for most diamond jewelry) is guaranteed with a 22 Karat seal.
• Trade-in value is 91.6% of net gold weight at the current gold price.
• Diamond products are certified, typically by IGI or GIA.
• Repairs may involve nominal charges and return shipping costs.
• Defective products will be handled on a case-by-case basis, with shipping costs refunded if defects are confirmed.

Diamond/Stone Warranty:

• Original purchasers are eligible for free cleaning and polishing.
• Free replacement (up to 10ct) for diamonds lost from the original mounting.
• The warranty covers normal wear and tear only and excludes any DIY or unprofessional repairs.

Jewelry Care:

• Avoid exposure to heat, harsh cleaning solutions, and rough handling.
• Keep jewelry away from perfumes, hair sprays, cologne, chlorine, and bleach.
• Avoid wearing diamonds and gems during sports or rough activities.

Shipping Policies:

• Free shipping on orders over $99 via USPS Priority Mail, UPS, or USPS Express Mail.
• Tracking numbers are provided via email and SMS.
• In-stock items ship within 2-7 business days from New Jersey.
• Special order items ship within 7-30 business days.
• Shipping is currently limited to the US.
• A shipping notification email with tracking information is sent once the order is dispatched.
• Customers are responsible for re-delivery costs if an incorrect or incomplete address is provided.
• Orders are considered lost after 15 business days in the postal system.
